Job Title: Power BI Data Analyst

This is a NON-REMOTE POSITION APPLICANTS MUST RESIDE IN GEORGIA and able to commute to the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements.
• Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis.
• Utilize SQL to query and manage data in relational databases.
• Create custom calculations and metrics using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
• Design intuitive and impactful data visualizations following best practices.
• Leverage advanced Excel features and Power Query for data manipulation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by cleaning and filtering data.
• Work closely with various departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to support data analysis needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Strong understanding of data manipulation and analysis techniques.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.
• Knowledge of DAX for creating complex calculations.
• Excellent data visualization skills and understanding of visualization principles.
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and Power Query.
• Ability to handle large datasets and complex data structures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bilingual (B2 level, Esp-Eng)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with programming languages like R or Python.
• Certification in Power BI or related tools.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry or consumer goods sector.
