Position Title: Transportation Equipment Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a Transportation Equipment Coordinator to manage warehouse equipment, transportation logistics, and communication with diverse teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse equipment, shipping and receiving, and coordinating transportation while effectively communicating in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and oversee warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning systems.

• Coordinate deliveries and shipment of equipment as needed.

• Communicate with drivers, vendors, and team members in both English &Spanish.

• Maintain equipment inventory records and assist with parts stock management.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Assist in resolving transportation and warehouse-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

• Experience with warehouse operations and equipment.

• Knowledge of transportation and logistics processes.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to travel when needed.
